The Band’s new single “Turn You On” will be released on Kaotic Radio September 25th. Can you give us any other info about the album like a title, release date, or number of tracks?

Jimmy Lee: Our working title is Menace to Sobriety. It’ll be avalible spring 2016 and have 12 songs.

Both of your previous releases have had very diverse tracks. How did you tackle the challenge of arrangement?

Corey Creeps: We all contributed equally to the arrangement of the songs. Its all about jamming them out for a month or so and finding out what works. while keeping the momentum.

In a previous interview Corey said you are all cheap dates. What’s the cheapest date you’ve been on

Vince Vain: Two girls, one date at the same time and one bottle of Malibu.

Corey Creeps: I took a girl to a vending machine once.

Jimmy Lee: One night at McDonalds, she paid and brought the booze and we got kicked out of the play area.

Ronnie Fallout: I don’t do cheap dates, I make a reservation when I go to Sizzlers.

Vince Vain recently joined The Sex Tape Scandal as your new guitarist. How has the band’s new lineup helped evolve the writing process for your next release?

Ronnie Fallout: With Vince, we are all on the same page as far as the kind of music we want to write and we found the Scandal sound. It’s much heavier booty shakin, and more engaging.

You mentioned in your last interview with By the Barricade that The Sex Tape Scandal is “Trying to bring back the energy of the 80’s with your music and shows”. What modern recording techniques have you incorporated that highlight those elements?

Jimmy Lee: Well we don’t use tape!

Ronnie Fallout: We are one of the only bands that still use a cow bell.

The Sex Tape Scandal Promo 2You also mentioned that introducing some craziness and dirtiness into your music helps separate it from modern metal. When was a time when you got dirtier than you ever thought possible?

Jimmy Lee: I once got a blow job from a girl claiming to be a member of a prominent all female tribute band, while Ronnie and Corey watched from the back seat of the Scandal wagon. She had the worse BO ever, worse than all three of us combined!”

I’m excited to hear “Turn You On” later this September but I want to hear about your biggest turn off. What has some girl done that sent you in the opposite direction?

Ronnie Fallout: I don’t think there is anything that would turn off Jimmy Lee.

Jimmy Lee: Yep!

Ronnie Fallout: For me is when they start talking about Jesus!

Vince Vain: Submissiveness

Corey Creeps: I hate it when they try to escape from the basement.

All of your members have not been in a sex tape scandal yet. If that changed tonight what celebrity would you likely be caught with?

Ronnie Fallout: Vince and I want to eiffel tower Zoey Deschanel.

Jimmy Lee: Taylor Swift but I also had a thing for Brooke Burke from the 90s and Cindy Crawford is hot.

Corey Creeps: Lauren Bacall
